I was there at 8:30 and there were 200 people in line ahead of me. How did you manage that???
I have no idea, I just walked into WWOS, wearing my gym bag and t-shirt, and they must've thought I was competing even though I didn't have a competitors lanyard on, as security didn't even say anything, they just let me in. I did ask if there was a line because I thought there would be (and I hate when I cut people, I feel bad) and they said no and just let me proceed on into the Milkhouse..I was like, "that was weird, but hey, whatever."

Now I'm jealous. LMAO I had to resort to super sneaky military tactics to get in.....and I still missed SE.

almost crying during F5s routine both days. snap for the queens! also getting my welcome to my panther party bracelet from one of the girls on Panthers!

Aw, I'm sorry you missed SE! :( I definitely would've let you in instead of me if I had known!

Don't worry about it! It's fine. I should have been at the milkhouse much earlier instead of getting the 4 Coed kids in my room ready and breakfast fed to them. ;) At least they were letting the athletes in and my middle daughter got in as well so, the kids got to watch and that's really all that matters. Supporting your teammates. Thank you for saying that though!! And I'm glad YOU got to watch them. I hope you enjoyed it!!!

I'm happy they did away with the awkward interviews after Lrg Senior and Lrg Coed teams from last year. It was fine if the team hit and they were happy, but sticking a mic right in a 16 year old girls face when she just fell at Worlds and broadcasting it live was a little too much for me to handle. Not to mention everyone said the same thing. "We've just worked so hard all year and really wanted to leave it all on the mat and blah blah blah"

Obviously i'm really happy for the US teams etc but my highlight would be seeing Unity Allstars Black in IOC6 taking 5th!

Unity all stars did amazing this weekend. They definitely were one of the teams that stepped it up this year in our division. I have a lot really memorable moments this weekend.

1. Winning Nation's Cup for the 2nd straight year.
2. Scoring 260.9333 on Finals day after scoring 208 on semi finals day. It was a really defining moment for my team. It showed how bad we all wanted to remain the best IOC6 team in Canada, doing anything we can to climb back up to the top.
3. The international teams doing so well in the international divisions. Norway taking the silver in IO6, Canadian teams taking 4th place in IOC 5 (Flyerz) and 6 (Perfect Storm), and Cheer Sport Great Whites taking a much deserved Silver in IO5.
4. Seeing T&S OBSESSION hit their routine both days.
5. Just seeing everyone rooting for every team to do well, no matter what gym or country theyre from.

You would have to be a coach or athlete to know this one... but the warm up room right after large sr awards. Sunday was the most excited and pumped up I'd ever seen our team and they let that energy carry on through warm ups and everyone had a blast there! Big thanks to ACX and Cheer Suns , Crimson Heat, Heat Athletics, Orlando and a few others for such an amazing time there. Thats what worlds should be like and our girls have memories and friendships that will last a life time.

Walking past ACX and telling them "Oooh, I love yalls music!" And them sweetly chuckling at this silly Mom, but still saying thanks.
Recognizing fierceboarders from their Fierce/Not So Fierce Photo pics.
Having the absolute best seats in the House.
Wetzel's Pretzels - I'm in love with Wetzels Bits and lemonade...
Watching Jimmy from Top Gun enjoy some good cheerleading.
Accepting all the compliments on Fame's new unis!

I have a story to tell about my favorite moment of the whole weekend.

On sunday we got there early and was able to get seats on the second row next to the coaches on the right side. In front of us there was a mom and her 2 daughters. One of her daughters was special needs and couldn't walk well so they let her in early. We started talking because the had the fierceboard shirts on. They were super nice and fun and her daughter was saying that f5 was her favorite team and couldn't wait to see them perform. Well a f5 girl was walking by and asked if she would take a picture with her daughter and explained to her how she came just to watch them.

well of course the girl was like yes I would love to take a picture but hold on a second. She said "is it ok if I go get the rest of the team to take the picture with her" I lost it at that point started to get teary eyed. Her daughter started getting really excited. She ran over and was able to get like 15 girls to come over and take the picture with her. The all held up 5 and yelled f5 with her. She just kept screaming it over and over.

This was the best sportsmanship moment all weekend I saw. Good job f5 I'm proud of you to help make this girls dreams happen and to make me cry!

i love this story cuz it just shows how giving and classy the f5 girls are and how much they love their fans....and btw, my daughter was a part of this as well!!!!! LOVE YOU MADDIE S!!!! <3 so proud!!
