The capris would be a really cute idea for winter practice wear.
In my opinion it's hard to beat the athletic, professional look of the skort. They looked great on the littles all the way up to the internationals. The young ones have full tops. Our crop tops allow for a normal sports bra that remains unseen during the routine.

Oh now i totally see what you guys are saying. You're right - she would look significantly better in a crop top and short skirt. :D Jk I'm still deciding on capris. I think I love them though.

Yes, it's Swedish Nationals for level 1-3! Our comp floor is smaller, no idea why. But we don't have large-divisions.

Sorry, off topic, but do you guys have a different levelling system in Sweden? Just because I noticed that routine seemed to combine elements from Levels 1 - 3 inclusive, most obviously in the stunts. Or was that something specific to that event? Genuinely interested :)

We got three levels. The most advanced level is equal to level 5(for our juniors) and 6(for seniors) with some exceptions. I don't know what level the most basic could be compared to but you can only stunt at prep level, no cradles or twisting, no baskets, only basic jumps (no toe touch e.g.) and nothing harder than a round off. The last level (the one in the middle) is something in between, but more basic than advanced I guess (That's the level the girls with the capris competed in).

Beginner = level 1
Intermediate = level 2-3
Advanced = level 5/6

Wow, six languages! What team are you from?
Aviator Allstars. Josh is our multi-lingual tumbling coach. He also mixes all of our music. He's actually stealing my cp for a week to ten days or so at some point during the summer and taking her to France with him. He has family in Normandy so they go over a few times a year and he has a cousin the same age and this will give her someone to hang with while she's doing the family thing. She is soooooo excited. She's been working on her (knock off) French Rosetta stone in her spare time. (she's 12).

There was a team in Ohio, IYooWee Fusion who wore white capris about 5 years ago. They wore a skirt too, that was the first time I saw capris.
