Has anyone had any experience with them? I ordered a shirt and paid for it May 9th. They said it would take about 2 weeks to make. Hadn't heard anything so I emailed them May 23rd, and they responded it would go out the next day. Since that time they have not responded to FB messages, emails, internet contact requests-nothing. Can't find any other way to get in touch with them.

Unless they had to actually pick the cotton to make the thread, then dye the thread to make the shirt, then melt the plastic to do the vinyl or rhinestones whichever, there is no way any shirt takes 2 weeks to make unless they are THAT backlogged with orders. And if they are THAT backlogged with orders, that might be why they haven't responded...i doubt it tho as many "cheer gear" places there are on the internet. Good luck and I hope you don't get taken...just sayin.

for future just in case you're interested dizzzigrl can make a MEAN shirt or sticker or anything pretty much...she's killer

I went ahead and put in a dispute with Paypal, mainly because I'm not getting any response from them. If I got something, anything, a "we're working on it" I wouldn't be so hot....but I finally posted something on their FB page about needing a response-yeah, it's deleted. Nice. Way to win customers. Thanks for the info!

I wrote them on 6/7 to check on the status of my order (this was for my cp's birthday, which was weeks ago) and I haven't gotten a response. I'm getting pretty PO'd. They were quick to take my money, but not so quick to give me my items. Last time I'll ever use them!

Sorry to hear you've had the same problem. They were very open with communication when placing the order, and also when I checked on the shipping date. I waited about a week after the supposed ship date and haven't heard back...so I FB messaged them, posted on their wall, etc. Nothing. So annoying.

My daughter waited quite a while (several weeks) to receive an item from them, but since it was a bow she won in a contest, I didn't think a whole lot about it...but no, they are definitely not a fast shipper. As a matter of fact, I think we waited a few weeks on the items we paid for as well.

The website policy says give up to 6 weeks for your item to ship!

Y'all crack me up. Funny enough, after I submitted a claim to Paypal yesterday, just a few minutes ago I got a shipment confirmation number from Cheertastic Gear. Still P's me O, but maybe I will see the shirt after all.

In March I ordered the Jeffery Fehr tribute tee, a bow, and a power tee from the website for my cp and haven't gotten anything?! I've emailed and called several times with no reply/answer. I'm only in Vegas which isn't far from Cali so it shouldn't take 3 months...

I had the same problem but did finally get my stuff. Don't think it took 3 months though, maybe 2. I also emailed many times and they almost never reply, and when they did it took awhile.

Still haven't gotten my shirts from almost 2 months ago. I started a complaint with PayPal AND with my bank today. I would recommend that NO ONE ever order from them. How shady is it that they can't respond to email requests? Total crap!
