I do this about 5 days a week!! It has worked for me!!!
-60 second hollow body hold
-25 normal crunches
-25 crunches with legs bent
-25 crunches with legs straight
-20 V-ups
-45 second plank
-30 flutter kicks
It took me about twenty minutes, but I took a lot of breaks!!! And I could tell I was getting stronger in like a week!!how long did it take????
