Have been hearing great things so far, with outstanding turnout. Good to see so many of the former Impact Athletics peeps get back together! Between this and Wake Forest AS shutting down this will be an interesting summer in Raleigh.

Great things are happening in Raleigh! It has been a process getting things together but we are ready! So many of our athletes have already gotten NEW SKILLS! We are so excited to have so much positive feedback!!!

"Thank you so much for providing a new cheer home for my girls. For the first time in months they are excited again to cheer and learn new skills. In just the short time they have been to your clinics they have already learned so much more than I thought possible! So excited for this new season!"

"Jamein one of my favorite quotes is "people will forget what you say, what you did but they will never forget how you made them feel". I know it has only been a short time but all the Tri- Athletic staff has definifely made an impact and difference for my daughter Katie that is why she believed in herself and could land her RHS tuck today! Thanks for supporting and believing in our kids especially my Katie and looking forward to great cheer year and loving our new cheer home!!!"

"just wanted to let you know that I am so excited about what is about to happen!!! Watching the 3 groups "perform" their individual routines today, that were put together in less than an hour was crazy! They each looked wonderful! I can only imagine what each of the Tri-athletics team are going to be like after a couple of months after learning routines!!!"

Yes they did, unfortunately. They were a really great program and what happened is just sad, IMO.

This really changes the dynamic of programs in the Wake County area. People in that area rarely drive outside their locale, but Tri Athletics is centrally located driving time wise to all of the key demographics in that area. Anyone in that area knows that there is a major shake up about every 3-5 years. Impact Athletics, Carolina All Stars and Raleigh Rage all closed at the same time. CEA Raleigh opens. Southern Impact - a merger between holdouts from Impact that did not go to CEA, WFAS or ECand D and Southern Storm - a smaller program opens. SIA closes down right after US Finals a few years later. Carolina Legacy opens. Now Tri Athletics opening which seems to be a core group of people still tight from the Impact days.

Based on what I am hearing and what I know ;) if my children are not cheering here with me, I would be excited to have them go to Tri - Athletics. And if @Drkilluzionz is going to be there this summer, that would be a definite plus.

As a former Impact kid, I can say that Jamien and Jason are truly amazing. Jason was one of my very first coaches and is one of the reasons cheer ended up becoming a huge part of my life. And Jamien is absolutely brilliant! Best of luck to them! I cannot wait to see what Tri-Athletics brings this upcoming season. I have no doubt it will be great, given the people involved!

Thank you for the vote of confidence, Jamein Small along with Javarus Warren (Top Gun, Python All Stars, Stingrays and now Orlando) and myself are best friends who work together, keep each other sane and go to bat whenever the other calls. We've teamed up together here at Top Gun (earned me an undefeated season and an NCA Dallas title), Louisiana Cheer Force, Pythons, Woodlands Elite , Spirit Elite and even worked with SSX this summer together. I'm so proud of what Jamein is doing with his life and wholeheartedly support him and his partners and cant wait to get into the gym this summer!

While I know of him and I have met him, I do not know him. But I have heard over the years of his dream to run this type of venture. When I was in college in Miami I had that same type of dream to run my own gymnastics school by the time I was 30. of course the social climate was a lot different then and I had a lot of push back for various reasons. But that was my dream, not theirs. At 25 I was doing it. Even when others said I was too young, too inexperienced, it "flipping" would never be a career, didn't have the right pedigree, and yes even that I was not the right skin color.

I support him wholeheartedly in fulfilling his goals. I have worked briefly with Jason and longer with Chris. I know he has a good team around him. All they have to do is stay focused and do it their way, no matter what others are doing around them. The time will come to fight. Now is the time to lay a foundation and build wisely. Looking forward to great things!
