Some of the girls (all) on the "New ALDC" look like they've been living for several years. Very...wise in the face


I understand that it's the drag Queen make up they have on....clearly deliberate to make them look older than the old girls

I just feel like those new kids look old enough to tell me where they were when they heard about Neil Armstrong landing on the moon.

They Both have elderly faces too.


And the dance prob was a an old Maddie solo....since every dance looks like an old Maddie solo there's no tellin

Started to watch this morning and thought same thing. When on the stage performing I understand. But it's so obvious this is all for daily filming.

How many seasons is their contract with Lifetime for? I thought it was only 4 seasons, but Chloe has posted Instagram pictures recently of her at ballet and acro classes...

The picture was with Maddie, Kendall, and Nia and there was a video with Nia, and both were definitely taken at the ALDC. Maybe the contract is for longer than I thought it was.

I thought the contracts were only through this season as well. If they parents renewed them, shame on them.

I know Christi runs that Instagram and I think most of the pics she posts are old. But again maybe if their contract ended then some other things changed that were for the show, so she came back?

I don't think not renewing their contracts would mean that they have to stop dancing at that studio. They've been dancing there their whole lives. There's obviously something that they like about it. Since they've all been there so long, I feel like in real it's not as bad as it is portrayed on the show

Abby said in an interview that Chloe no longer danced at the studio, she only was there to film the show, eh uh is why I was curious.

The finale the other night was the mid season finale. The shows are only 1 to 2 months behind present time. For instance Abby's mom died feb 8. Abby showed up with the elderly faced new team and competed with them the weekend of the 14th. They competed at the fake ALDC competition in Ohio and a real competition (but not Chloe) at "Jump" the same weekend in Pittsburg

Since then they've done off season "real" competitions w/o Chloe

I don't know why Chloe is back at the studio but I'd assume the video is recent since Nia/Holly posted it as well, and that they're going to resume filming soon since I'm sure the season picks back up in June
