All-Star New Uniforms 2014-2015 Season...just Because You Can, Doesn't Mean You Should!

Just got back from vacation and tried on my UCA staff uniform which I'm pretty sure is made out of Varsity's new Powerfit fabric. Ihave to say that is the most comfortable and breathable uniform I have ever put on. I'm dreading when my coach passes out our old polyester uniforms.

Just thought I'd pass this along for any school (or all star) teams looking for new uniforms! Check it out! *insert cloud 9 emoji*

I'm so frustrated by it!! My school team purchased new uniforms late last summer. Within a month of receiving them they sent out an email about their "new" fabric. The timing was terrible, I'm sure we aren't the only team that just got new uniforms at that time of year. I guess from a "make as much money as possible" stand point they did a good job waiting until the majority of their customers would have ordered anything for the current season to launch a newer and better thing so that you'll want to buy more again. Felt the fabric at nationals. I will say it seems awesome. My kids won't know for years though because we will be sporting our old fashioned new uniforms for a while.

I just want steel to have a Superman type logo on their uniform. Even if it was just on the sleeve or something.

They should be getting new ones this year, it's been years since they got the new skirt and they usually have a 2 year cycle. I can't wait!

also with the full top rule coming up they might want to start putting the younger ones in full tops before the rule comes into place

Praying you're talking about our teaching outfits, not our uniform. The uniform is torture. But our staffing director told us at staff meeting she was pushing for the sublimation or whatever the newest fabric is for next years uniforms!!!

Yes, new full top uniforms. Per the parent meeting last night, we were told they would be "very sparkly" reminiscent of F5s full top unis. I cant wait to see the prototype....but its hard to retire the old ones, even though its time.

Yes all of the teaching outfits are amazing, but I really do love the uniform!! Maybe it's just because I'm so excited to finally be wearing it that I don't even mind the polyester :cloud9:
