Wildcats front view

I just noticed the unbraced flip (front right) @2:01. I love their fast, risky transitions and all, but they need to not have another 2014 Worlds prelims happen again.

I AGREE! Rays are so crisp, clean and very refreshing. Were there any other Rays teams that performed that day?
In terms of Worlds teams, it was just Peach, but I believe the Stingrays program will be having their showcase on the 21st (read it somewhere)?

If I recall correctly, legalities caused by "performance errors" (i.e. you could clearly see that she was supposed to be braced and just missed the hand) don't count against you. The same thing happened to coed elite either last year or the year before.

I am worried for the knees and ACLs of every girl throwing a double on PCM in those videos. Some landing flat footed, straight legged, some with bent knees trying to crank it around, some only at 1.5 spins.......These need to be cleaned up quite a bit.

There was one coming toward the camera that made me visibly flinch. Ouch.

I'm sure they'll be cleaner by the time they compete.

Heard CAC Teal looked good this morning (saw a tweet). Haven't seen a video pop up yet. Have friends on that team so it was good to see a tweet that they did well

As stated above, it is a tradition at American high schools to have one game a year (just for fun) where girls are the "football players" & boys are the "cheerleaders". The football that is played is flag football however, so no need to suit up in all of the helmet & gear typically. The girls that sign up to play are divided up by grade at most schools(freshmen, sophomore, junior, senior) and then each team is "coached" by one or two football players from that grade usually. The boys that sign up to cheer on their age group wear some assortment of old cheerleading uniforms or skirts. Hilarity ensues. Sometimes there are T-shirts made for the event & they get sold as a fundraiser for some school organization or another.

This is a late reply, but in my town it was something we did leading up to the Thanksgiving Day game against our rivals. The senior girls played their senior girls and our senior boys cheered at the game and we taught them a routine to do at the pep-rally. We taught them a lot of our old silly pop-Warner cheers and they'd go all out with borrowed field hockey skirts and stuff.

Our rival town didn't do cheerleaders for some reason. Their boys never got into it.
