They are eerily similar. Even their creepy smiles. Until Hil starts eating giant spiders though I think we're safe.

Ive been rewatching buffy the last few days, I totally forgot how much I loved it. It's even better since I'm not in 6th grade and I understand all the jokes now [emoji14] it's also sooooo 90s lol. Apparently they wanted to do a Giles spin off after buffy ended and I'm extremely upset that never happened. There's nothing I want more than the story of Giles' past. Dang it, that's what I should've wished for when I saw a shooting star tonight.
I started reading the comics but never was able to get into them. I think they're still making them but I never got through S8. My husband and I watched Buffy together and we still think it was one of the greatest shows on tv.

  • When Scandal hits season 4 that's when it goes downhill
  • I love/hate Scandal. It's completely unrealistic but so drama filled how can I not love it
  • Oh Donald & Hilary
  • the USA is going to screw the entire world with this election- either way
  • also- yall complain about the 'two evils' and how there's no good choice... but you got yourselves into that mess.

Last sentence...I sure didn't vote for either one of them at the Kansas caucus [emoji16]

Kasich was my boy. But I have since switched my registration from republican to unaffiliated because I'm extremely unhappy with the GOP.

Did we though?

Did we really get ourselves into this mess when the only people who ran were on opposite ends?

Did we get ourselves in this mess when there were no middle-of-the-road politicians who ran for us to vote for?

Did we get ourselves into this mess when we have no control over the privatized media outlets who have their own agendas on what they want the general public to believe?

Did we get ourselves into this mess when the top 1-ish% of the country controls the 90-ish%?

Did we truly get ourselves into this mess or are we just playing a game that we don't really have much control over?

Thanks for your vote of confidence though. Btw, I voted for neither in the primaries.

ETA: Here's some fun reading though:

Vote all you want. The secret government won’t change. - The Boston Globe

Thank you for saying exactly what I was thinking and responding much nicer than I was going to haha. I didn't vote for either in the primary and I won't be voting for either in November.

Hahaha I knew that last sentence would ruffle some feathers. It's obvious you are all not particularly happy with the candidates. You may have not voted for them in the primary. Good! But obviously most of America did.

I voted for Bernie

No clue as to what I'm doing onElection Day other than going to my hair appointment and enjoying my day off

Actually, primary voters are a very small percentage of eligible voters, so no...WE did not do this.

If only that was how it worked, but it's not.

I understand I understand. I suppose it's just unfortunate that there is a wide enough population in America that believes these candidates are actually what the country/world needs.

i wouldnt be surprised if there was a huge drop in how many people vote in this election. Ive heard plenty of people/friends say they arent voting at all this year. Myself included.

but i also have a lot of friends who have said they are going to vote for the third party just for the heck of it.
personally the third party candidate isnt that much better, there are some things gary johnson would like to do/change that straight scare me.
