i wouldnt be surprised if there was a huge drop in how many people vote in this election. Ive heard plenty of people/friends say they arent voting at all this year. Myself included.

but i also have a lot of friends who have said they are going to vote for the third party just for the heck of it.
personally the third party candidate isnt that much better, there are some things gary johnson would like to do/change that straight scare me.
It can be kind of scary when people vote for this with ANY sort of election. While I understand why people do it, often times the third party/underdog is no where near prepared to take on the elected role. So if enough people have this mindset or are that against the main parties, voting underdog can actually result in their success- now you have a whole other issue!

I feel some kind of way about not voting at all....because history....but on the other hand my ancestors didn't stand for bs and prob wouldn't want me to either, just for the sake of voting

South Carolina doesn't let you write in candidates so there's that

I also am 99.99999% SC will go Trump, so a Hillary vote from me won't change the course of the nation

But like can I live with myself voting for her? ( yes of course, but do I want to ?)

Mainly Im just ready for 2020. For the Olympics not the election. I want to feel national pride again

I've voted Green Party for both of my last 18+ year old presidential elections. I voted for Bernie in the primary. I clearly have no problem voting outside of Democrat/Republican, but in this election I think a Hilary vote against Trump would be far more valuable in New Jersey... so I think that's how I'm leaning. I don't like it, but if Donald Trump enters the White House all those pipe dreams of moving to Ireland after I graduate might become real.

We have other elections downballot (senate, etc).

I voted for Romney in 2012, for someone other than Trump in the primary, and I'm not sure who I'm voting for this fall.

But I'm seeing my favorite band two days after Election Day and going to Disney three days after Election Day so...

Sooooo, lead singer for President and Mickey Mouse for VP.

I will be at Disney during the election and I do not think I will bother getting an absentee ballot. I cannot vote for Hilary and I cannot make myself vote for Trump either. I'm thrilled that I can be in a Disney bubble for that week:p

1. Donald Trump is literally crowdsourcing his immigration stance. What a joke.
2. His interviews are nearly impossible to read because he is ridiculously inarticulate.

That was physically and mentally painful for me to read. That man says "okay" the way some girls say "like".
the way he talks is like nails on a chalkboard, and im not just saying that cause i generally dont like him. But the way he forms sentences is just odd, and he has a tendencies to use certain words every five seconds which just makes his speeches sound horrible.
found a decent article on it as well.

It's like you can hear him saying things as you read his words. It's unlike anything I've ever seen before. It's like a stream of consciousness or like he's interrupting his own thoughts with other thoughts. He rarely gets a full sentence out before starting a new one. It's so distracting.

I shudder to think about some poor translator trying to get a foreign leader to understand what is being said.

My thoughts.
