What helped me was when my coach told me to make my hips touch my head. So while I rotate, I am focusing on bringing my hips and tucking so tight and trying to make my hips touch my forehead. I don't know if I made sense lol

I don't think it's safe for cheerleaders to be tumbling on a gym floor (like a basketball gym floor) or a hard floor (like high school) I think the spring floor is the way to go!
