When I was in college these were super popular and a lot of the girls had them. It was a large coed team so theyre located right where a boy grabs to toss/catch partner stunts and pyramids. The girls would put those waterproof stretchy circle bandaids over them and never had any issues.
I just want full tip uniforms that are designed to be full top uniforms. I hate half top unis with a mesh Leo added underneath for worlds. It would look so much better if they were designed full top in the first place. I wish GK was still around so we could go to making Leos with shorts/skirts...
Most sports have adult competitive leagues and divisions. Do you feel that way about college cheer? It is all 18+. There should be divisions for adults to continue in the sport that doesn’t necessitate them going to college.
For what it’s worth. I’m 29 going on thirty, have a mortgage, am...
I don’t know if this is okay to post about so mods please remove if needed but Scott foster died today by suicide. Twitter is saying he was under investigation for inappropriate sexual relations with minors but I can’t find any article about his death mentioning it so I’m not sure if that’s true.
On my NT team last year for NCA I had less than two 8 counts total where my arms weren’t above my head in a stunt until I got to dance. It was by far the hardest routine I’ve ever been in stamina wise every stunt flew into the next I was never transitioning.
All of the vets on the team who...
I don’t think I agree with this. The open teams I’ve been on the past 5 years have generally been about half senior aged athletes and half athletes that have aged out. Obviously there are gyms where that’s not the case but when I’m at competitions a lot of the people on the other teams...
I miss the days where 20 people meant 5 stunt groups all doing elite skills. its one thing to have 19 kids and 4 stunt groups so theres three people cross tumbling or assisting stunts or whatever but I was REAL tired of watching teams have like 7 people not doing anything during elite. I was...

I’m begrudgingly accepting that my work schedule won’t allow for me to coach or cheer going forward and have been thinking about trying to get certified to judge. Is there anyone here who could offer insight into what the process is like?
No I want less divisions but there are divisions with fewer than 20 teams in them total that should go the way of the dodo because they don’t serve a legitimate purpose.
That said, in a non Covid year there will be over 100 teams in this division probably so that’s a split that should happen...
Honest question, Non-Tumble Coed was the largest division at worlds and had almost 80 teams in it from the US. Why haven’t they split it into large and small coed? Since everyone group stunts it’s a very different game when there’s one boy per stunt group as opposed to 4 boys per stunt group.
It’s very petty. Janes was in 1st by 7 points. Why Woodlands did hurt one athlete what PA did hurt an entire team who don’t have any stake in the gym owners petty rivalry. It’s a really garbage lesson to teach the kids.
Word is Woodlands talked to USASF and were told they were fine then Prodigy at worlds lodged a complaint that got GI janes disqualified. Lost a lot of respect for Prodigy this weekend.
