i agree but i had to work hard for my needle and i know for a fact it took more than a little more stretching. i am kinda flexible but i don't have that lean look that most flexible flyers have, heck im not even a flyer i just have my needle :?

have them do straight rides like everyones saying then like a quarter turn set with one are up and a twist then have another group in an extention with the flyer holding her hands up/together and have the basket flyer try to kick her hand then twist
get two other people one to hold ur feeeet upp in a strattle position and ur on ur butt and the second to pull ur arms idk if that makes sense but i could post a pic if you want
with the abb ripper x im not saying that you can never do this everyday but one of my coaches said that if you do it everyday its not as effective because your body gets used to it too quickly or something like that haha
well we do have that at home and i do it sometimes but no thats not what im talking about! haha its like a generic version of p90x thats like 50 or more dollars cheaper but i forgot what its called. haha o and i also ride my bike like everywhere cuz thats good excersize
its a dvd but i think you buy it online, its really expensive but there is something else that came out thats so much cheaper and in my opinion better. i think its called like 90 day shread or something? idk we do it as conditioning at practice tho
sometimes when im really up to it i'll do p90x and others i'll just do abbs and once i get warmed up i'll do stretches for scorpians and bow and arrows and such
i agree with ilikebigbows but what if there is feud at the 2 gyms or with that specific coach? wouldn't it be awkward going to their gym?/ would ppl from your gym start to question?
