The last few years that I've competed Level 6, my coach has had the choreographer do everything, literally start from nothing ... Now that I'm coaching the Senior team I plan to have the pyramid and all stunting finished and the flow of the routine planned before we go into choreography!

Am I incorrect in thinking that at :45 seconds their are three infractions? 1. A cradle from a single leg stunt cannot have any rotation? 2. One group is dual based and cradles, do you not need 2 bases and a head, neck catcher? 3. Isn't the back walkover out and inversion?

Does anyone know why their shipping is always so expensive? I always want to order a few little things, but like you said almost $10 shipping on a $25 bow is crazy, when we all know they weigh like .8 ounces! Even just for a few iron-ons I wanted to order just stick 'em in USPS for $1.00!

That same thing happened to me! Do you know any way to fix it or why they did that, it makes them very crunchy and you cant shape them! :(

I don't coach 3, only 2 so I'm not familiar with the rules, but in 3 can they do an actual ball up to lib or even extension if they are connected in the pyramid?

Is that legal at Level 3?

Unfortunately, I think tumbling might be just one of those things you cannot successful teach yourself! I think most of us are concerned for your safety, you could really, really, really hurt yourself when you're not aware of what to do with your body and how to do it! A great coach can talk you...
