A lot of those girls are still senior eligible, so many are on the senior level 5 teams. The others I'm assuming will be on LadyKatz/Wildcats. I hope Fkatz can make a return this year... Gives me some incentive to get my butt back in the gym too lol

We just always refered to that painting (that design has also been on a lot of practice clothes etc) as the swoosh cat. Obviously a swooshkat isn't a real cat lol. So, I'm assuming when they needed another cat name, well, that came into play. I think people are reading too much into it...

Exactly. You wouldn't hear anyone say, I got "moved down" from Panthers to Cheetahs. Or, "I got moved down to Panthers from Wildcats" etc etc. Where as at some other gyms, if you went from one level 5 team to a different level 5 team the next you may consider it getting "moved up or down"

As for CA, athletes change teams all the time. I'm sure most of y'all know Chelsea, Wildcats center flyer, has been on Wildcats the past few years but before that was on Panthers (even before Wildcats went Int & not bc she aged out.) Hope was on Cheetahs last year & Panthers this year. This list...

Would't be the first time, Panthers were small in '11 (World Champs). CA also had small senior (Jags) World Champs in 06 and 6th place in 07

Every year there's different kids and different talent that trys out. One of the things I like best about CA is they strive for quality more than anything. Creating the best most competetive teams they have with the talent that trys out. So, instead of stacking one team to go large every year...

What surprises me more than anything is that people are surprised underage kids were able to get their hands on alcohol?
