Once you're in the air, try to just stand like you're on the floor - nothing annoys me more than a coed flyer who tries to move too much or move her feet around. Let me be manly!
Know the feeling! Try learning to breathe to counts, then lining up your tumble elements to those counts. If possible, try to breathe out as you push off your hands and in as you push off your feet - it'll make you tighter through the handstand portion of your flick.

Used to partner stunt with a taller girl - our routines looked awesome because she just seemed to keep on going when I tossed her, but she was a lot harder to control than some of the smaller girls I've worked with! Slightly top-heavy....
