    Stretching Tips??

    Do over splits and lean forward and do a bow and arrow on the ground. Lay on your back and pull your foot up like another bow and arrow on the ground. Sit and pull bow and arrows and lean forward in your splits. It's important to stretch your calve and inner thigh muscles the most.
