Not being capable of keeping up, goofing around, not paying attention, immature, and they are afraid since she's on a very high competitive team it will be to much pressure...

For competing I would keep them at a lower level. But at practice perfect as much as you can with level 1 / 2 and once perfected well, try bumping up and practice other levels also. You don't want to push them so far they get hurt, but not so slow to hold them back from being competitive. :)
Well, when Iwas about 7 years old I was at a very small gym. I had very good skills and was considered the girl who stould out from all the others. But after a few years cheering there I noticed I wasn't improving. That gym had their limits and never taught me anything more than what I knew...
Making a flat out mistake on the floor, or knowing that our team is going to lose. Either way, I always come off the mat crying, yes I am baby for 13 years old but I am so emotional when it comes to cheering! Also, I'm always afraid of someone stepping on the back of my shoe. I don't know why...
