    If you can try to shorten your last handspring, if it's too long it will make your momentum go all funky & then your layout will be really difficult. Also try to get a spot, even though you might not need it to get over it can really benefit your technique

    I understand that they are the rule making body for the sport but I think they should be more concerned with the athletics not the cosmetics. I personally don't think it is any ones place to tell anyone ever what they can & cannot wear anywhere. But that's just me.

    A Motown theme would be cute for the little ones, girls just wanna have fun themes are always super adorable for them as well. This is probably beyond their years but I saw a mean girls themed team once (I usually don't like themed teams for older girls) but it was so cute & sassy.

    my team uses the l'oreal glitter & I use revlon cream eyeshadows as a base. I love using them cause unlike eyelash glue I can actually get it off when I need to.

    I had similar pain, but mine tended to shoot down my leg as well, turns out it's sciatica, which is manageable. You really should go to the doctors in case it's something more serious than a pulled muscle & until you can see someone about it I'd suggest not tumbling, jumping or over stretching...
