i really love flying, and i think that i am pretty god at it. i have NEVER dropped a stunt at a comp.. but whenever im in eztention libs, i ALWAYS roll my ankles! what should i do!?!?

Fray Check. or burn the ends where it is fray-ed with a lighter. you can also try putting hot glue on the ends!! ive been making bows for a really long time and that is always what i do!
Go to Etsy.com and search Cheer bows.! Really cheap good quality bows! Also Justcheerbows.com and Yellaribbon.com but alittle more on the more expensive side!
