The lanyards are attached to the park pass that you get with your name on it. The drawstring bags that say “The Cheerleading Worlds” with the date, will be free, along with a bunch of other stuff you can also grab that is free as well! That bag should be big enough to carry around with you...

Just recently I was doing standing 5 back handsprings for warm-ups, and on the fourth one, I turned around to look to see how much room I had because I thought I had run out, and completely landed on the side of my foot. Which gave me a class 2 ligament sprain in my ankle. Which is funny...

Shrug your shoulders when your setting for the standing back (so like your saying “i don’t know” in the middle of your flip). Exaggerate it too, it automatically flips you and makes everything so much easier! Technique is the best! :)

I’m 5 feet tall, all of my flyers are taller than me! But I really don’t mind because I am strong because of power tumbling. I’m not a very graceful person and not flexible at all, therefor I would look really dumb in the air. lol I don’t mind having flyers bigger than me, as long as they can...
