During our full out routines if a stunt falls we have to do it 3 times after. Or if it falls in competition then we have to do it 25 times at the next practice!

Last year, i had a team mate who told our coach she couldnt tumble this practice because she didnt wear her sunglasses on the way to practice so the sun was in her face as she was driving and it gave her a headache...wow, good excuse. NOT!
