But that's another reason that it isn't going to be a worlds division. To be honest, though, for teams of that size I would absolutely put my strongest athletes on that team. Build a strong tumbling team before taking weaker tumblers for the sake of stunts in my opinion. Even then, running...
I don't think that the XSmall division is a guarantee moving forward. It seems that this will be a sort of an introductory year to see if there is an abundance of participation or lack there of in said division and that will determine, moving forward, if it will remain and then be allowed at...
Last year on my small co-ed 5 we had two boys who twisted opposite of each other coming down the center ( back to front) it looked SOO cool when they doubled. They twisted toward the outside of the floor. Idk it was very aesthetically pleasing for some reason. The other coach and I talked about...
I am right handed and I tumble and twist left. The only right handed tumbling i can do is a cartwheel; i would literally die if i tried to round-off right. I can cartwheel right handed though so there's that. With practice probably, but even the thought of tumbling right gives me anxiety.
When i...
It is legal. I knew it was, but one of our other coaches was being all "know-it-all-y" and trying to say it was something like level 4. So I was like let me ask people...
I just didn't want to waste time waiting for USASF to respond with Worlds going on and summit practices being so few before...
Is this element legal at level 3?
Braced on both sides, connected to base throughout the entire transition.
I thought it was, but I'm second guessing it now.

It depends on how the "spotter is touching the stunt. That person can't be considered both a spotter and a base at the same time. They are allowed to touch the wrists of the base, but if they have a hand under the foot that makes them a base in which case it must be the front hand under the foot...
I have to say that I agree with you. While standing tumbling is fine for me, there is an issue with timing throughout.
People skipping motions, jumps look extremely labored (as if they were jumping on dead floor), they throw three baskets in the opening and the only one that has any business...
As an athlete: Baskets. I hate baskets. I hate throwing them. I hate practicing/drilling them especially if I have a flyer who doesn't understand how to stand up and rips up my hands. Or the whole hoping they do everything while they're released correctly and I don't have to be fearful for both...
Also all these people are starting school this week and next week and I'm just, like, haha. School. Sucks to be you.

When it's cold inside which is always I like to come and sit outside in the sun like an animal because they're right that spot where the sun shines through your windows is the best spot in the house to lay. So I fool around out here 'til I can't handle sweating anymore or being hot then inside...
I'm sorry they don't jump in them we do jump conditioning and stuff in them. Although sometimes I do forget to tell them to take them off. lol.
I'm sure, though, like anything else. If not done correctly it could be. But I've never had any problems. Actually more often than not I forget to tell...
I required all the teams I coach to have wrist and ankle weights! They stunt and jump in them and condition in them too. Pretty much if they aren't tumbling they're wearing the weights. Focus on proper technique with them on and when they come off everything looks beautiful. And it's easy for...
That's what I used to do! And then they all got a bow and a shirt. And that was it. Haha. People wanna look fancy now-a-days.

Hahaha. They actually look/fit great on everyone not that I've been looking for it, but I haven't noticed anyone playing with their clothes during practice yet and that's one of those things where I'm like "if you touch your pants again I'll chop all your hair off". Now I'm gonna be looking for...
Junior four practiced yesterday and while we were warming up their standing tumbling the ones that have a standing whip pass in the routine asked if they could try them on the tumble track. So I'm like fine. Go ahead. Meanwhile I'm doing the other stuff with the rest of them.
I do this thing...
