Thank y'all so much, my cp graduated 4 years ago so I am WAY out of the loop. But her flyer for 4 years on Devilrays is now on Apple and I have just been wondering how they did/were doing.

Haven't been on here in forever, but I am trying to find out what happened with Apple Rays. I can't find them on the schedule, which could easily be me being dense.

Maybe I am looking at this all wrong, but this actually made me rather sad. Those kids look so exhausted that I don't see how they can enjoy the moment as they should.

I was happily reading about Chris visiting the Stingray gym for the first time when I saw a post that Madeline had lost her hard fought battle. My sincere sympathy to her family and to her ACE family. She sounds like she was a wonderful young lady who touched so many lives.

I understand completely, but I will admit that when our sen 5 lost at NCA a few years ago by .002 I would have loved to have seen a tie.:(

I just don't understand why in senior5 restricted a team can have up to 4 guys and be competing against all girl teams. It just seems like such an unfair advantage. I'm not saying anything against a team, just against the rules that make that possible. Any rationale available?

I look at cheer the same way I do any sports, athletes should be required to keep the nails SHORT and no way should artificial nails be allowed. Your point about being ripped off is valid, but I was always more concerned with the damage those nails could do to a teammate in a stunt that goes...

Sigh, reading this is making me nostalgic and kinda blue that my cp is now in college and no longer cheering. Regardless of placement, I hope when your teams or your children's teams leave the floor they feel great because they know they've done their best.
