So I started a tumbling class in march. I switched to a better place two weeks ago.And I've been trying to get my back handspring. But I when I try and do the standing ones (on flat floor, not cheese mat) I can't get high. They end up slow, or just lazy. Yes, I can get my self over, but I can't really jump high at all. I feel like I'm doing ugly back handsprings
Please help, I'm dying to get my back handspring!
