Colors: Silver, Burnt Orange (i am obsessed with this colour) and black
Crop top of full top: I'd have my younger teams in full tops and junior/seniors could take a vote on their own preference.
How many teams: Depends on what I had available in terms of athletes
Team Namess: Various Sci-fi esque names. Comets, star formations, planets etc...

Obviously cheer isnt as big here in the Uk (though it has exploded in recent years its still a relative unknown) so i'd probably not have huge numbers of athletes to make teams from, so i'd probably have a junior team and a senior team. If I didn't have enough guys to justify coed (not sure if comps split for limited/unlimited here or not) i'd put a coed stunt group out.
