All-Star Your Last Practice

Just thought it would be fun to hear what everyone did at their last practice? Especially all the senior teams with a lot of graduating seniors.

hahaha i mean like at the very end! for example i saw that stingrays has their seniors do one last tuck in the gym... or my team sat down at the very end of practice and shared our favorite memories.

we had a big practice with all of the fame teams going to worlds. we practiced going through "warmups" just like we would at worlds and then we all went full out. then we did an optional or two. at the end we all branched off and got our worlds clothes and bags and went over the schedule, got room assignments, ect. nothing emotional really! haha

everyone was crying..we did tumbling passes and our last practice before the LAST one was alot of fun..

I still do open workouts with my kids once the season is over, so it takes the sting out

We cried, hugged, and I turned on "You'll Be In My Heart" which led to more 1. and 2.

for some reason i just feel like there are SO many seniors this year...maybe because it my senior year but idkk?!

well my last practice was on my birthday and i cried and cried and cried lol it was my most successful season so it was emotional
