It was excellent. Whoever dreamt up that idea is a genius. Pixar never fails to disappoint (but let's forget Cars 2 happened).

I've been waiting for Inside Out to come out for yearssssss. It met every single expectation I had built up for so long. I don't have very high hopes for their new one coming out in November, The Good Dinosaur. Maybe I'm just nervous because they've never released 2 movies in the same year together so we'll see. I'm really hoping it's not a Cars 2 lol.

Pixar is an amazing company. Their push for quality rather than quantity is so admirable to me, especially these days when almost every movie company seems to push out movies that seems somewhat empty in content. I just love them. I also love that they really engross themselves in the creative process when making their movies and shows in the quality of their work. So many movie companies lack that as a whole nowadays just to make more money. Though Dreamworks Animation is starting to appreciate the creative process again. Rise of the Guardians was so good I couldn't believe it wasn't made by Pixar when I first saw it. It had that "Pixar Level of Perfection."

I've heard numerous times that a confederate flag or even a swastika, has never killed anyone, but I contend that symbols of hatred and oppression have a greater impact than 1 racist committing a crime... Symbols for an organization are very powerful and leaves a great impact on the mind, for example, I never been introduced to a racist directly, but if I see a confederate flag or swastika on that person property or possession, I will remove myself from that person, why?

Probably because you didn't grow up less than 10 minutes from the source of the confederate flag debate.

Probably because no matter what you say, those 9 faces are just names to you.

Probably because you aren't here in the middle of the aftermath of this tragedy watching everyone try to fix a large gaping wound with a dollar tree bandaid.

Probably because you didn't sit in one of the victims funerals and roll your eyes as our governor proclaimed that "we will make this right" when clearly, CLEARLY, it's evident that she thinks making it right is removing the flag.

That flag being up didn't kill them and that flag coming down won't bring them back and it certainly won't make me feel better. These guilty (and I will explicitly say guilty white people and not care) want a gold star for fixing a problem that they (their ancestors ) created in 1961 and allowed to dangle in our faces since then. No. Sorry. I can't give them that.

I appreciate wholeheartedly when someone wears a confederate flag emblem. It gives me the foresight and knowledge to ignore them, avoid them, and know what kind of trash they are. Taking down the flag from the state house isn't going to stop them from wearing it, it's just going to give them all the courage to wear it more openly. Nobody will have the nerve to put their sheets back on but the will wear the flag. Which I appreciate. Put the flag up at your house, your business, wear it at work , let us all know where you stand so we won't patronize you. (Google Maurice's BBQ)

Cynthia's brother said it best yesterday.
“I understand the national conversation. But when the TV cameras go away and the elected officials go away, it’s just me and Steve and (sister) Jackie and (brother) Robert ...”

Their deaths should never have become the debate for something that should have been fixed decade ago.

But this is just the perspective of someone who actually lives here, actually grew up here, knows actual racists, has actually been told to go back to "the cotton fields are", had someone drive past her earlier this week at the statehouse and scream "Arian (sp) Nation " at her. Knew two victims. Had the gunman come into where she works. Been interviewed by the FBI because all of this. Visited that church. Went into that church for one of the funerals.

But yea. The flag.

@ ErinS, I am not going to go there with you because you are talking as if you the only one, who have a domain on this topic... I am not going to flaunt that I too have a connection with one of the person killed and I am sad and upset too... I have family members who live in SC and still live in SC and I spent considerable formative years (Summers) in that State... Matter of fact, this discussion of taking down that flag in SC has been discussed for well over 50 yrs, it is well past the time to take it down, if not for us, do it for the generation of young people, STOP Talking, just do it...Furthermore, I have a right to voice my opinion on a topic that is close to my heart too and you are not the only person who lost love ones to this kind of hatred, so like I said before symbols of hatred, violence and racist ideas must be taken down, NOW! I am not advocating taking these things down will stop the racist ideas, but it is not their minds I am trying to preserve, but the minds of the young people, White, Black, etc... In my opinion, this is a first step, hey, a State that is willing to fly this artifact of racist hatred and ideas and willing to protect it, then it speaks volumes and possibly it shows support for these ideas...

PS: Other news, I been told that church burnings are happening again!

1. Who claimed you didn't have a "right to your opinion".

2. Of course the removal of the flag "has been discussed for over 50 years " I'm pretty sure it was discussed in 1962 when it was raised. The fact is that steps, boycotts, negotiations and compromise weren't worked out, implemented or arranged until the 90s, with the most action being taken until 2000 when it was taken off the dome and placed in front of the statehouse. If it were so easy to just remove it from the grounds, don't you think it would have been done the day all of this happened? When Roof's manifesto and photographs hit the Internet? Before Senator Pinckney's body as brought to the statehouse in a horse drawn carriage under that flag? When Bree physically climbed up that pole and unhooked it? Do you think you're saying anything that thousands of non supporters of the confederate flag don't already know?

Do you think any of these families are leading the charge to remove that flag? Do you honestly think that is their concern right now? Do you think these people wanted their deaths to become the narrative of the confederate flag debate?

This flag talk is political. This flag talk is a distraction. This flag talk is to keep industries like Volvo from pulling out of deals in SC.

Are you personally devoting the same amount of concern to say Mississippi or any other southern state that still flies flags of the confederacy?

You haven't got a clue and you're just looking to pick arguments and fights. Which is your norm, and I'm done engaging with you in any capacity.

Does the landlord have Alzheimer's?

**Big shout out to the Boarder that tagged me in the "Cute Puppy" pictures on the other FB. You are the best**
My inner child self wants to purposely ask for the key again when I have to go over there in a few weeks and pay the landscaping fee again. Hey, no key should equal no check, right? Lol
Why should I have to pay for them to mow my lawn since I no longer live there....

Are you close enough that you could spend One night a week just so you can say you still live there and they'd have to give you a key

still kind of in awe at the woman who came into my work today (Justice for girls) and spent nearly $2000 on clothes for her daughters. she proceeded to complain about how expensive all our items are, while she continued to shop around even though I was already ringing her up and felt inclined to tell me numerous times how much of a hurry she was in and still kept shopping around. also, she paid for $1000 of it in cash....people are amazing.

There's a pageant in town and today a mom came in with her kid who was MAYBE 8 (tiny!) started shopping. Keep in mind our clothes are adult sizes and geared toward the 15-25 age range. It's a young mom so I'm like "oh, okay nothing weird" until she starts picking up size small dresses and holding them up to her kid! Then she says "oh maybe you need an extra small" No Hun, she needs child sizes. She would probably wear a kids medium at the biggest! The kid probably could've worn one of our tops as a dress. It was so strange. They (obviously) didn't end up getting anything.

I finally got to come home for the first time since February and as happy as I was to see my mom, nothing beats this face!(taken after he finally stopped running around the house rounding up his toys to show me)

Whattttttt  holy moly that's insane.

I went to the thrift store today and felt bad spending $50 on clothes. But it was 50% off day so how could I pass that up?

PK Subban (hockey player for the Montreal Canadiens) favorited my tweet to @Ashley today and I'm 400% confused.

I didn't get a notification of this tag!

So, I saw that someone favorited your tweet, but didn't know he was a professional hockey player! You're famous!

Damn, the spam has been horrible the last 24 hours. Thank you to all who have tagged me! It sure makes it easier to control.

It's been out of control insane. I'm better about it during the week when I can log into a computer at work

Has anyone watched the documentary Somm? It's on Netflix. It's about a group of people and their journey to become Master Sommeliers (aka wine masters). The testing is INSANE and has an incredibly low pass rate. There's only like 150 Master Somms in North America, and only 23 of them are women.

It was incredibly fascinating to see how these people could taste wines and identify so much from them. When I taste wine all I can gather is if it's sweet or not, and sometimes I can't even tell that.
