I would remind her or find a new doctor then.
I have multiple times. She says "I see you have mucles but I want you to change what you eat". Then she would ask "have you seen your nutritionist?" I'll say no because you never made and appointment and she says oh I'm sorry I'll make an appointment and email you with more details. Then we call over and over again.

She shouldn't be making the appointment. A referral is when she contacts another doctor and then they call you to set up a time. I also don't know why you would need a referral to go to a nutritionist.

Some insurance plans make you get referrals for everything or they won't pay.

True, but if thats the case then he should be constantly calling his doctor and getting her to do the referral. Most of the referrals I've had done have literally been a sheet of paper thats given to my by my doctor, or they call while I'm there. If the doctor can't even get a referral done in a timely manner he needs to find a different doctor.

My mom has been trying to find a place that accepts my insurance.

My family likes to nag on and on about my size and they say if I don't lose weight I will never be able to tumble. Which really hurts because they all know my dream team is to be on Rockstar Cheer Rolling Stones. I can stunt pretty well, but I can't tumble. So my question is does size matter in tumbling?
Hell no, size doesn't matter. People of all sizes can tumble. Your size doesn't determine your success. Your work ethic does. Everyone's body is different. You should not let your size affect your ability to tumble. I've seen some curvier girls with some amazing tumbling skills, and I've seen really small girls struggle to tumble. Size doesn't matter. You just have to push yourself to reach your tumbling goals. You can do anything you set your mind to. Don't let your family's negative words get to you. Prove to them they they are full of crap and that you can tumble!

That sucks that your family is saying these things to you. I would think that your success with tumbling is going to be more closely related to your physical strength, skill & determination. You can do whatever you set your mind to!!
