Pretty dang awful! The point was to clean up my diet and determine what is making me break out, but I'm over here feeling really bad for myself and craving foods like crazy. At this point, it's just pure pride keeping me going LOL. 22 days... I can do it!
 
You just described my whole diet I would actually die.
So can you basically just eat veggies and meat? And like potatoes? Can you eat fruit or is that included in the sugar?

Yes, just veggies, meat, fish, potatoes, fruit, and nuts. Basically that's it. I can have coffee (thank god) that I add pure coconut milk to.
 
I'm on the cusp of Sagittarius/Capricorn and the combo of the two is exactly me. My Myers-Briggs type is so spot on as well, so I totally feel the same attachment! I took the Myers Briggs test in elementary school and then again in HS and got INTJ both times so I'm extra attached to that since I'm clearly consistent

I'm an INTJ too! Girl INTJs aren't very common so I get really excited when I find them haha
 
I'm on day 8 of the Whole30 and absolutely hating my life right now. I just want chips. And cereal. And cheese. FML.

Make sure you eat enough food! My husband did it and lasted about 3 weeks... He got really sick because he couldn't consume enough calories a day and he was basically starving. Then he was super pissed he suffered for 3 weeks and didn't finish it. Haha
 
It sucks, but I've heard it really does work. There's a reintroduction process that is designed to help you figure out what causes the issues that you're trying to solve.
I'll have to look into it more. A friend of a friend tried it, and learned she shouldn't eat gluten at all anymore. I'm just so bad at restricting myself with food lol
