Anyone from any country can be in the senior division as long as the meet the same age requirements. So I'm assuming they did and received a bid as a senior team

Any can compete in the Sr divisions, though most who do don't make it to the top 10. There is no top 3 per country rule in the Sr divisions. Everyone is pretty pumped for them since they are in finals
