I have a huge block when it comes to back handsprings/back tucks. I used to be able to do a bhs with one spot but for some reason now I just can't throw myself backwards, no matter how many people are spotting me. Please help!

Rep your drills again and again and again. It's scary to go backwards cos it's not natural for you body to do. Go back to the basics - drills onto mats, over the barrel BHS, etc. and work your way back up. Also, take the pressure off of yourself. You will get it back, so don't stress over when, and needing it now. How are your back walkovers??
