Hey all!

I have competition jitters which causes me to go into a mode of doubting everything I've choreographed legality wise.

1. This involves braced stunts. We open our pyramid with a connected/braced prep lib tick tock (prep lib to prep lib). Almost like a paper doll style. The only rule I can find involving braced stunts is in relation to extended stunts.

C. Extended stunts may not brace or be braced by any other extended stunts.

Prep to prep braced should be fine, correct?

2. This involves release moves. Please see 2:00 in video below. If the flyer is released they have to be caught in a cradle, correct?

Thank you for your help!

1. Yes...prep paper dolls can brace each other.
2. Release moves must land in a cradle or be assisted to the ground.

In reference to your second question are you referring to the leap frogs in the front or the braced sponges tosses in the back?

Leap frogs are not release moves and don't have to be caught in a cradle, but the braces tosses do have to be caught in a cradle.
