I can't see how they'd be any less supportive than a standard racerback sports bra. support depends way more on the material (thickness, stretch, etc...) then how the straps are arranged. as much as people on here love to judge a book by it's cover (or a bra by its straps lol), the only way to know if a sports bra is supportive is to try it on.

As someone who has encountered 'support' issues before...

Mesh = not supportive
Also, those straps look like they have quite a bit of stretch to them = compromises support.

Would they be the worst sports bra to cheer in? No
Are they the best? Definitely Not.

The only way these might offer enough support is if the fabric doesn't have much stretch/give to it - and they just flatten you out (which doesn't look like they do either).

I always love the TC gear. A girl I coach with has been on the team for....well since it started actually. I'm in love with all her gear, she basically has a closet just for TC stuff now I think

Yes! Team Canada! annnd, they have regular sports bras! Mesh? What mesh?

This is so true. I was shopping the other day and a bra with skinny straps and a low cut had such a pretty pattern, so I'm like "It probably won't be supportive enough anyway but I'll try it on for fun" and it was fine. Super supportive and comfortable. I also found one with a mesh back and sweetheart neckline (mesh top) which was perfectly fine. For reference I'm a C. For me it's not about the style to add support but more the fabric, which was very thick good quality.
