CP had her first JV Comp this weekend. Found out last night that one of the flyers couldn't compete who also happens to be center in the pyramid :/
Wasn't expecting much today. They had to mark her stunts but were able to rework the pyramid and had someone fill in the center spot and they did great. Took 3rd behind two really good teams. Not bad for a team that has almost zero tumbling against teams who had standing tucks!
Our varsity also took 3rd and they were missing a girl too and had to mark a few stunts...

The gym I cheered at for all 13 years I did all star, which is owned by my aunt, just was awarded an at large bid to worlds! This is the first year they've ever had a Worlds team, and this was their first bid competition! They're in the extra-small coed division. I'm so happy for them! Only one other team from the state of Maine has ever gone to Worlds before.

Congratulations to your gym! First team in New England to receive a bid!

Hi friends! so after never being a tumbler my entire life i recently decided i was going to get a standing tuck, and then I did!
I was thinking of making a youtube series called "tumbling in my twenties" about learning all of these skills now in university instead of as a child, do you think anyone would be interested in this? I have to produce something for my film class and thought this might be interesting
:)
