I think the frustration is because the website originally stated the OOA would be out Feb 21 and two weeks later there is nothing. Coaches have the OOA, and there have been some who have been very helpful sharing times before the schedule is posted, so it sometimes is actually posted here prior to being posted on the website.
Oh trust me, I'm frustrated too! I saw it was going to be released on the 21st. It was on the top of the general schedule page. Then, all of a sudden, the timeline is changed and the date is removed. Almost every other major comp releases their schedule 1 week prior. I'm not sure what all the secrecy is about. My point was just that it will be on the website not on here. So continuing to ask here won't help much.

On a tweet, they responded to someone that it will be out next Thursday or Friday at the latest. 1-2 days notice for a comp of this size is crazy. If it’s that poorly organized, scary to see how things will go next weekend.

well thats disappointing.... i'm going to have to get my dh and son's train ticket for nighttime and they will have to watch her on Sunday instead of both days.

Any chance someone has the times of the late awards on Sunday (session 12). I am trying to decide if I need my hotel room for Sunday night. TIA

Pretty much says the time frames in the block schedule though so you should be able to get an idea, assuming of course they adhere to what they posted. I don't love that prep performs from 8-9:30 Saturday with 9:45 awards that night...that seems very late to me for prep (or any youth team for that matter but that is a whole 'nother topic)...

The coaches have the first draft of the schedule I think already (at least I'm pretty sure) We have our competition time for Saturday but it could change. This is kind of frustrating. I'd like to be able to plan my weekend around meet/compete times of my cp's team and her friends. But also travel to and from where we're staying.

The general schedule has it from 4:30-7:30. Depending on where you're traveling to, you might be ok to check out Sunday. The hotel will hold your luggage for you until you're ready to leave.

Last year we didn't get out until 9 and I wished I had stayed over instead of driving back in the storm. If we have the same late awards this year, I would want to stay. I understand wanting to fix the schedule but they could at least publish the awards times.

I would like someone, somewhere to explain to me how it is ok in any universe to have level 1mini prep and level 1 tiny prep compete at 9pm, with awards even later?
