Yes, best team name ever! My first thought for PA was types of metals or elements since it's the Steel City. Like titanium, copper, iron, steel, etc, though some of that could potentially overlap with Austin (chrome, platinum). But I'm excited to see what they decide for the theme.

That is definitely my vote for the CA Pittsburgh theme. (Metals/Elements). Austin is technically gemstones, but there is some “drift” there to include jewelry-related terms. At this point, if the name sounds cool and it even kind of fits, we are OK with it.

The most overlappable (new word?) team name - MercuryCats. (Greco-Roman God, Planet, Element)

As a Steeler fan, I can tell you this city bleeds black and gold. Steelcats is a must for level 5!

Hey bluecat!

As a college kid trying to get back into allstar and needing some serious tumbling help, Would you reccomend starting with a class or privates? I can see that a downside to classes would be the fact that i’d be with kids, which i dont necessarily mind, but would that be an issue within the class?

I would visit/call the front desk at the gym you are interested in and ask them. Some of the classes are younger than others, with some having mostly youth athletes, some have more HS-aged athletes, and some are in-between. Privates are always an option, but those are more expensive.

@BlueCat Just curious do you know if any of your locations will offer any of the new International Divisions (International Jr, etc.) for the 2018-2019 season?

We don't know any divisions until after we have had the tryouts. If we have the right mix of athletes/ages/etc, then yes.

Would you ever open a gym abroad, such as in the UK? If you ever came over here people would probably travel from all over the country to go there lol, so would you ever/have you any plans to do it if the time and place was right?
