I'm gonna try my hardest to not roll my eyes out of my head when I see larger gyms entering X-Small divisions. Like, I get they're allowed, but still. Don't like it.

What do you think the requirements should be? Just curious. Our gym had a team in the X-small all girl division this year. And I am pretty sure they are doing it again.

I Don't agree with the D2 Worlds like why would there be a 4th "worlds/summit or whatever" competition back to back?

Wait what? If I read this right, there will be a D2 Worlds for 2018-19? Wow, just wow and another reason to extend your FLOCHEER subscription...LOL! But seriously, again no regard for going to school or getting your education. But I guess this is why they added more Open divisions because now they figure you may take a break to focus on high school etc but if you want to come back we have a division/place for you... LOL! I give up.

People on here were suggesting it.

I posted in another thread but my idea on requirements would be:
1. No other Worlds team at that location.
2. If a franchise, no Worlds team at a location within a designated distance (so no XS at CA Frisco for example but CA Ohio could field one if it was their only one)

Do I think large gyms are going to dismantle their large teams to go XS? No.
Do I think they have a larger talent pool to pull from to create an insane XS team? Definitely.

I agree with you. We had an XS all girl team that competed this year and took home 5th place at Worlds. I didn't know the rules that they had placed for them to qualify to compete as XS until today. I learned a lot today. This decision is quite a disappointment.

Spirit of Texas has on their tryout page they will have a new Worlds team. Shall the speculation begin?
I'm going to say a XS team out of the south gym under Coach Loo.
