Thought I would add to the convo here and also give my state some love too since this weekend is the State Championship.

Smooth competition run by CHSAA so far. Actually finished AHEAD of schedule, crazy right?
I believe its all being streamed via NFHS Network too incase anyone with a subscription is interested in watching (idk if that's even required tbh).

Finals start at 5pm tomorrow!

All this weekend taught me is that I apparently don't understand cheerleading at all, left with 4th so confused after a phenomenal hit and zero deductions. 1 & 2 were similar, 3 had a drop and didn't do a pyramid side. I am confusion

We’ve played the same music from the same track on the same device all season, suddenly yesterday it was over time.

Then we improved in EVERY category on the UCA building and tumbling/jumps scoresheets. Meanwhile the cheer judge scored us a minimum of a 1/2 point lower on every category. All of this being the same cheer against the virtually the same teams as the previous comp.

If there were any consistency across these panels we finish 2nd instead of 6th.
