Oh my. You really need to step back from the keyboard. Today is not the day and Bluecat is not the one. You have said in one thread that your child only tumbles and is not on a team, why do you care at all about any of this? Why are you here? What are you trying to achieve?
The CA gym is not the death trap you are trying to paint it as. Can kids collide? Yes, my own daughter was tumbled into at another gym. It's also up to the kids to have situational awareness when they tumble. That team you claim a kid tumbled into didn't just appear out of thin air. In fact, if the blame goes anywhere, it's on the girl who was individually tumbling because SHE was the one not paying attention and had the ability to be more aware, not the team that was potentially running a routine full out.
I'm guessing you weren't around for Garland where the kids had to watch for pillars and I think we had 2 full floors?

asking a valid question isn't bullying...I think you need to read what the word actually means. dictionary.com

Harassing someone throughout multiple threads/pages while also spewing gossip at the same individual/program over a span of several days (aka repeatedly) would actually clarify as internet bullying. And I didn't need Dictionary.com to know that.

Sometimes it’s not about what you say but how you say it. Or in this case how you come across. I understand that you have an issue and it’s not our place to judge but take a step back and relax. You are being calling out a gym that your kid attends or has attended using your real name at that.

We have the same issues stated here with "FloMarching". This is the DCI/BOA streams they do during competitions. During the season they systematically take down any videos that are from anyone other than FloMarching. We have gotten really creative with what we name videos to keep the bots from finding them quickly. Then it's a dash to post the link on TXBands or other forums so people can see them before they come down.
It's annoying because a DCI season is about the same you would pay for a comp cheer season but only from January to August. So parents still pay big money and get shafted the same as cheer. Oh and admission fees are about the same as well.

City and state owned convention centers, parks and schools have become big business for government. Westfield, IN built Grand Park for field sports specifically for sport tourism and straight from their website:

Book Your Hotel
Grand Park’s stay to play policy requires all teams and/or individuals needing hotel stays for their event, must book through the Site Search housing website in order to be considered for tournament acceptance. Link

When you have city/local/state governments that can't manage their own money they figure out how to latch onto those that do. Those businesses then frantically look for ways to get extra income (FloSports) to protect their gross margin. It didn't take city officials too long to figure out youth activities were big bucks, so they have found a way to to not only manage the city venue, but also a way to insure they get every tax dollar possible from the hotels. People are so Hades bent on pointing at Varsity, but they need to take a good look at who is really controlling the venues (and hotels) needed for these youth activities.

Sorry for the double post, but more from their website....
