One Leg Tips Please Help

I’ve been trying to pull my bow and arrow and scorpion in an extension one leg but I fall over every time. I have trouble balancing but I am flexibly capable of pulling these tricks on the ground. Balancing in general is just super hard to me to do even in regular extension one legs I tend to “throw my hip” and fall. Any tips PLEASEEE
 
1. Stretch. Often.
2. Stop trying to balance yourself and focus on staying as tight as possible. Trust your bases.

Like above said, stop trying to balance
And it’s likely you’re not pulling your toes apart on your balancing leg...and you have sickled feet white trying to pull.
