OT My first make up tutorial!

kay, so I finished uploading my first make up tutorial don't make fun of my screen name, my mom and I made it up on the spot hahah. Please read the description before you make an opinion of it. I'm way better at make up than the video makes it seem, but I used the camera as a mirror, which is really weird!

I watched the first minute or so (I was about to run out somewhere), and the first thing I can say is SMILE! You seemed so nervous and I just wanted to reach through the screen and hug you haha. Also don't be afraid to look in the camera when you're showing stuff off or talking, because looking off to the side can get odd after a while, because we as viewers start to feel detached without that direct contact. You spoke clearly, slowly, and took your time, which was great. Just remember to relax and be you! Great first start!

I think it looks like I'm looking off to the side because I'm looking the the screen on the side of the camera hahaha I'm trying to look into the camera, but I kept looking at myself instead to make sure I wasn't moving out of view. I'm sure I'll get more comfortable as I do a few more. It's kind of weird to teach a camera how to do make up the first time Thank you so much for your input!

just a lil tip, try to keep the video short- yours was very long.
cuz ppl watching vids have very short attention span lol
i know its difficult at first to make then quicker and stuff, but im sure u'll get use to it

I know! I actually cut out 7 minutes if you can believe it! I guess I'm not used to doing make up really fast while I'm talking! I'll talk faster and apply make up faster! lol. I think the next one I'm going to do is for green eyes since that's the color of my eyes, and it doesn't take as long

this is probably gonna sound really weird... but i didn't picture you with that voice. hahahha i don't know how to explain it but you sound different from what i imagined lol! but you're reallly pretty! you should do a look with brown's!

I'll definitely do a look with browns. When my hair is brown, my make up is usually brown. I'm not sure why that is haha. Yeah, I have a really high pitched voice. I hate my voice! hahah

Can't wait! I know, I waited on this one for a few days. I had it edited and everything, but I wasn't as happy with it as I wanted, but then I was just like...well whatever, I can also revisit it, and I'm gonna post more anyways, so I might as well start somewhere. This is the second one I recorded. The first one was with my webcam and the quality was so crappy, it would have been pointless to use it hahah

I just uploaded my second one! lighting was crappy, but it was night and I used a fluorescent instead of natural sunlight! It's shorter though by a couple minutes! it's about 7 minutes long this time.
