All-Star Jamfest Indy Day 2 Updates And Discussion

Hey everybody lighten up!

The way to handle a situation that looks bad is to go over and politely discuss it with a parent or coach. If you don't find out the specifics of a situation, then YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT REALLY HAPPENED (yes, that's yelling). Many times it's just an inside joke, someone was looking or talking to a different person than you thought, or it just plain isn't what you thought it was.

Have some sweet tea, spend few days trying to figure out this Jamfest scoresheet and then for kicks figure out how it relates to the Worlds Youth 5 scoresheet. That should keep you entertained and happy for a while.

GBE Lime were awesome I only got to see them Day 2 and they blew me away.

Clearly no one cares about this alleged incident, so maybe you can just drop it already?? What you don't seem to understand is this: You are calling out a girl for being a "poor sport" but yet YOU are doing the exact same thing to her....get it?

I'm waving my magic wand and making this nonsense go away (from my memory anyway!). POOF!

I met so many great parents and athletes over the weekend. Parents from FCA Gems, Midwest, Cheer Extreme, Capital City, Cheer Legendz and more...were so friendly. It's a long weekend. In the end, we are all in the same boat navigating the Super Nationals waters to support our loved ones. I talked to several Cheer Alliance athletes in the VIP section (they were looking fierce I must say). They waited to cheer on their fellow IL team and I was heartwarmed by their support. I saw athletes from our gym taking time to make the youngest kids feel like they were the stars of the day and hanging on their every word. I saw athletes from our program's other teams, as well as from other programs altogether, running up to hug our athletes after a performance with tears in their eyes as if they genuinely felt the joy and success with them. My daughter was so honored that athletes from other program asked to take pictures with her. I sensed the competition, but also a strong sense of community among those wearing different colors.

not meaning any disrespect to anyone but im always surrounded by wc fans saying stuff about how they never have any crossovers but here we are crossovers from suns to od? i think there is nothing wrong with crossovers but wc fans always make a REALLY big deal out of it?

I think the whole crossover thing gets reallllyyy blown out of proportion. I think most gyms would be lying if they said they didn't use any crossovers. Problem is that most fans (from any program) don't really know all the facts and just go off of hearsay. Ends up with a lot of "pot calling the kettle black" situations because people simply do not know what goes on with their own "favorite team". That was kinda rambly and nonsensical, but do you know what I mean?

Home from Indy and I just want to say we are extremely proud of all our teams here at Allstar Rebels especially our Small Senior Level 5's the Rockstarz, for them to place 5th out of 22 teams as a first year L5 team they did an awesome job!!

And on a side note, congrats to all teams that performed and all there hard work

thats crazy. i coach at champion allstars. we are a first year L5 team too. and we got 6th in small senior. congrats! i know how u feel!

Same number...The whole alternate thing is confusing though. It's a list of 10 but 3 of them are separate. Not sure what they'll do as far as Ody vs Suns. Maybe they'll wait till Ody gets a bid to decide. My guess is they'll pull from Lites.

From what I was told from someone's mom on Lites, they were going to pull them up, but who knows which team they will put them on, i think Suns for the mot part

how about suns was a new team this year and they didnt know if they could fill both suns and odyssey so they used crossovers? maybe but im sure they have enough kids to figure out worlds for that matter!

They were probably the most entertaining team I was all weekend for me. Congrats to them, they were fun.

Thank you so much!! My daughter and her friends are on Prodigy. They were so excited to have the support of their opponents and the support from everyone in the audience. It was a great experience for the team. I believe their energy helped fuel the crowds energy, which in turn helped Prodigy boost up their energy. Thanks to everyone for showing their support and love to our team. <3
