three boys and one girl currently on ice lightning that used to be on hollywood allstars will not be released by their old coach which means they cannot compete with ice lightning at worlds when they helped earn their paid bid! please join the group to show support!

Ughh this really makes me angry that the usasf decided that you have to be "released" to compete with some other gym. These poor kids' parents are paying for them to be able to compete in this sport! I know the usasf did this to prevent gym hopping but come on! If you are paying you should be able to go whatever gym you want to go to. IMO I don't think a former coach should have any say who you can and can't compete with in a sport that you PAY to be a part of.

I agree. At first I thought it was a good thing but its becoming more and more of a problem. Especially when gyms owners decide weather or not to release athlete on personal reasons/vendettas and not to better the sport.

IMO, The coach is just making him/herself look bad. It's incredibly immature. Just release them.

well i think it would be crimson alarm or hwoever u said because they were 1st in day 2 to get the full paid bid and inspire was sencond so and i think UA was like 4 or 5 to get it unless the its 40/60......

Really hard to say enjoyed them both!! Think it will be extremely close!! Either way both teams will do amazing at worlds!!!
