Is all of your choreography done in house?
We have some outside choreographers for some dance sections. (We typically end up doing heavy adjustments to those sections ourselves after the choreographer leaves.) The rest is all done in-house.

Our MAIN goal in doing that would be to develop a stronger youth program at the new location and build up our class and dance programs.

For many reasons, the most treasured, valuable athletes in the gym are our tiny and minis.

Other businesses do not always share that philosophy, but that is up for them to decide what set of business/personal ethics they choose. I don't consider it "immoral" or even "unethical" for people to directly recruit other programs' kids, but we do think it is tacky and disrespectful.

Love this entire response, but for sake of saving space, I'll cut it down and say thank you for showing the industry that today's younger teams are tomorrow's big dogs...or cats...
Can y'all find this Mama some housing and employment in TX? Thanks. ;)

I think that t is lack of access for the fans seeing how the team has progressed from showcase to worlds. I think this is why Cali Sr. Elite and CEA Sr. Elite are fan favorites.

This doesn't really make sense to me...the only time anyone from the east coast or anyone not from Cali or Vegas for that matter would see Cali Sr Elite would be NCA and Worlds.

My question earlier was meant not
Just about AG 6 it was Womdering is there enough athletes between AG 6 and AG 5 to make one international
And one TRUE senior team? I loved panthers in small senior with them
Large? Could there still be room for a small senior at CA??

To make that work effectively, we would had to have rearranged Cheetahs, Panthers, and Fiercekatz rosters fairly significantly to build a team for that scoresheet. The solution we chose created a whole new team built to contend in their division and would give more athletes a legitimate shot to win jackets or rings.

We do feel that we could have possibly made 3 senior and 2 international teams all with chances of getting top 3. We chose to instead make 2 senior and 3 international that all have legitimate shots at winning their divisions. We feel pretty strongly that when you see these teams at competitions, you will feel we made the right decision.

Agreed!! Competing with Louisville is pretty much a losing situation for any who dare enter those divisions
There are plenty of athletes that can hang against them, but it terms of those athletes competing allstar is another situation.
I think OSU, TT, UK, HPU, Morehead, etc all have a shot in a Coed 6 division, but how many of those entire teams would consider doing All-star. Like @kingston and many others have said, if you gave bids at college championships it would be a different story. Until any of those teams as a whole cross compete, i dont see it happening (and im sure a handful of those teams have athletes on allstar teams).

Just to throw it out there though, Stringray Rust did have great stunts that could rival GT. Unassisted Rewinds. 12 toss libs which i think is outrageous. 12 boys on the team that are able to toss girls to the top by themselves. AND 12 flyers on a team that are able to do other things in the routine.
