All-Star Spandex Shorts Vs Soffe/cotton Shorts.

MINE DO! and in canada we have a store called lululemon that charge a fortune for spandex (idk about these nike ones and stuff aha) and it makes me mad when i ruin a 50$ pair of shorts! anywaays, my coach told me to shave my shorts!
at first i was like uhhh huh? but she was right, just put them on and with a normal razor that you would use on your legs, shave your shorts! it takes the peices of mat right off and makes them look like new!
It does dull your razor so i suggest jsut buying a cheap one from the dollar store!

annnd, im a spandex kindof girl! haha

i usually wear spandex with soffees over them.
but nike pro spandex = love <3

i prefer spandex but im a little girl and small and 11. so i would say for younger smaller girls spandex and bigger older girls soffee.

I wear Soffe's and Nike Pros, normally together. Occasionallly I'll wear just the spandex, but it annoys me sometimes. If I'm wearing just a sports bra at practice, I usually keep shorts on, but if I have a tshirt on, then I'll wear just spandex.

I wear spandex under soffies... but I get a size smaller in soffies so that their tight (like I'll get youth XL or adult XS insted of an adult S). But I tried wearing just the spandex once and I felt like I guess you could say exposed? haha I just didnt like the way it felt...like especially if you don't have a shirt on and your just in a sports bra and spandex it feels like im not wearing cloths and I cant focus on what I'm supposed to do because I feel naked lol!

Mizuno Volleyball Spandex= God. Seriously, the most comfortable, light-as-air things I've ever used to clothe my person. They are a-mazing. I usually would wear them under my soffes, so in case they rode up when I did things there wouldn't be bits exposed..or sometimes I wear them alone. If I could live in those for the rest of my life, I'd be a happy camper..

i have i say i absolutley loveeee nike pros, most of the girls on our upper level teams at the gym , and the lower girls aswell liveeee in nike pros ! our pro shop sells every color

I've shaved my shorts (aaah that sounds so weird!) but I'm worried that they're going to wear out and get thin quicker. I love lululemon too, but paying $5o for a pair of shorts that I'm going to have to shave is just annoying!

Spandex/ Nike pros. But I have under armor spandex & I wear those all the time I also have 1 Nike pro that is my teams color & there awesome too!! But is it tacky to we'd just the spandex not the short booty short ones like under armor/ Nike pro ones ??

like they get tinny pieces of mat/sponge stuck to them ...

@Edie Yah i agree, i dont do it all the time just when they get really 'bubbly' lol like maybe once a month.

My daughter has a pair of spandex like shorts, but I don't know where they came from- she absolutely loves those and would wear them everyday!

However she wears a youthXS, so I really can't find them! We have a richard's here and they have like those running shorts that are Nike and we bought those and she would love them but there a youth small but WAY to big- u have to roll them like 4 times to get the length right but the leg hole is still to big so it looks like a tooth brush inside a sock lol.

So any good places for little kids-
She has several pair of justice shorts but doesn't care for those as much as spandex!!
