Yea 5'9 its not gonna happen, plus I wouldn't even dare to go up in a stunt. Back spot for life :) but isn't there a need for tall girls on all-girl teams?
Yes, there is a definitely a need for tall girls on all girl teams! I was just curious about average heights for flyers on competitive Coed teams.

Actually I don't think having a weight limit is terribly absurd. Lighter objects are easier to lift. If two flyers have equal strength and technique, one that weighs 10 pounds less than the other is going to be easier to lift. It's kinda just the way it works

Having a weight limit is absurd. Expecting your athletes to keep within a certain body fat percentage range is not. A straight weight limit promotes disordered eating and exercise. Let's say the weight limit is 115, you could have a girl who is 115 but no muscle and can't hold herself up in the air and a girl who is 120 but low body fat and great spatial awareness. The girl who is 120 is going to be the better flyer, and the SAFER flyer.

As was exactly demonstrated by our team. I'm sure their practices have changed now. I hope so anyway.

it is absurd having a weight limit on girls who already struggle with appearance? not even cute

Why? (assuming the limit is for flyers on a coed team)
i have said before putting a weight limit on kids that already are struggling with weight issues and thinking there fat when there not is just asking for anneroxia and bulimia problems. while some might not agree my opinion will not change
