Just out of curiosity, how do you manage this? Which days of the week do you practice? And do you typically stay overnight with someone before driving back the next day? Think about it... I'd say on average people are typically awake for 15-16 hours per day... You'd be driving for 11 of those hours, and only have 4 or 5 to do anything else!! Crazy, but amazing dedication :) Props to you!
Well thank you! I usually stay with my sister on the trips down there. I drive down on Saturday, get there usually around midnight. Practice Sunday 6-10, drive back through the night usually get home around 8-9 am and sleep until work at 3 pm!

I really wish I had the time and money to go to a great gym that's only an hour away... dang parents :(

my mom drives us around an hour and a half with no traffic. I'm at the gym 2 hours before my practices tues/thurs, and on sundays i'm there for 4 hours until my practice. it's hard but it's definitely worth it if you know how to manage homework and your time

I would never drive over an hour each way. First, my cp would be late everyday because I work too long. Second, I'd be the lead story on the 6 o'clock news because of road rage!

I dont think i could either, I have road rage and I drive 20 minutes...

i only drive about 10-15 minutes to my gym and it is so nice. I used to have a half hour commute and it made going to practice dreadful. I'm glad I quit that team before I started middle school. My gym is good and well accomplished so to me there is no "better gym" to commute to:)

i live on the eastern side of ohio, and i used to drive 13 minutes to my old gym. but i switched gyms and i drive about an hour to pittsburgh superstars! sometimes it can take about 1 hour and 15 minutes, but thats only if there is construction or something. the PA turnpike is crap and something is always happening!!! :( but i wouldnt change it for the world! i love my team, and i love my coaches! best decision of my life!!! <3 :D

Yeah driving in Souther California is DREADFUL. Im always on the verge of ramming into other cars on my 3-4 hour commute to practice.
