A few years ago? Like how far back are we talking? I ask because when has there never not been dramatics and fighting in Cheerleading?
I could do without it too. Peace in the Middle East!
well you have a point, I guess I mean when it wasn't getting out of hand. I just feel people are starting to lose sight of things!

You also meant the fierceboard which I dig that totally. I always feel like this is the place to talk cheer not fight about it. When I first replied I thought u were talking about cheer in general.

Oh I see I see! Well at least I know I will be cheering while everyone else argues! lol

Its also an opportunity to go to England. But I totally understand. The expense of the hwole competition over all is alot! The experience will be worth it though.
I think when you don't plan on going to a competition in the first place, adding in sooo much additional costs and travel is just not worth it for one night. If it was a weekend thing, maybe. But this is just Friday night right?

No the awards ceremony is friday, with saturday being the competition and signings and sunday being a sort of "showcase" performance for the teams with more signings.

In addition to ACE attending Jamfest events, Fame absolutely attends Jamfest events....Jamfest Nationals Richmond for starters, and there have definitely been Fame teams in Indy. Plug in Fame Jamfest on Youtube.

Fame has been to many JamFest events as well as other JamBrand Events as well, however as far as I know/remember this year will be Fame's first time performing in Indy at Super Nationals.

We decided not to go because the only incentive was them waving our competition fees. Air fare was going to cost us $500 per athlete at least... not to mention hotels, food, transportation, etc. So it wasn't worth it for us.
understandable

Well all the teams will perform, but there will be no competition. It will just be performing for an audience. So it's kinda like a showcase. I honestly don't understand why you would want to perform just for show. Saturday is the only day that really matters performance wise. Friday is just the banquet where they recognize the athletes

From what I understand it's like a meet and greet session with the athletes competing in The Majors.

On the plus- everyone can get all the 'OMG it's such and such from XYZ gym' out of the way and not have to worry about getting through it when they're trying to compete for a Worlds bid.

I apologize, I thought we competed against a level 4 Fame team one year in Indy.
