Fierceboard Glitch/issue?

Sometimes when i log onto fierceboard, there is no search bar what-so-ever, other times there will be. Screenshot2012-06-29at120841PM.png picture by CheerBear99 - Photobucket (I can't get the picture to load, so heres the link to what it looks like with no search bar.
Its very annoying because sometimes it'll be gone all day, sometimes even for a week. It gets frustrating to search for things on google like this; "Fierceboard cheerleading uniforms" because most times it won't show the right results.

Anyway, i was hoping maybe theres a solution for this problem?
